SALES VISUALIZER / VISUALIZER NOTES Use the same units from choice to summary. The customer should not need to translate measurements during the handover. Keep the unit beside the value A dimension label should say what is being measured and how. Width, depth, projection, and panel height are different decisions. Repeat the unit in the summary so a number does not lose its meaning when it leaves the configuration screen. Agree the product vocabulary Use the same measurement names in the website, product sheet, and sales conversation. If internal terminology differs, choose a clear customer label and explain it. Review the labels with someone who regularly helps buyers compare the product. Check the edge of the journey Read the downloaded brief as if you had never opened the website. Can you identify the dimension, the unit, and whether it is an example or a customer selection? Test the same handover after changing an option and after using the phone layout. ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE An awning brief reads “width along the façade: 4.0 m” and “projection from the façade: 3.0 m”. These are example values, but the different measurement directions are understandable without reopening the preview. ONE USEFUL QUESTION Audit three measurement labels and their matching summary fields. Are the words and units consistent?
